What is the name of the domain?

What is the error number?

none

What is the error message?

1.2 disabled

What is the issue you’re encountering

Despite having TLS version minimum set to .2 in Cloudflare version 1.2 is disabled according to Qualsys ssllabs reports. Site does get A grade from Qualysys reports.

Was the site working with SSL prior to adding it to Cloudflare?

Yes

What is the current SSL/TLS setting?

Full

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Run Qualsys ssl report.

It looks to me like you set the minimum TLS version to 1.3.

I did once hit a bug with this that required me to change the minimum TLS version to anything else, then back to 1.2 (i.e. turn it off and on again).

okay it was to 1.3 and I lowered it to 1.2 about an hour ago. I will try setting it lower and then back to 1.2. I am testing using qualsys ssllabs report.

Will let you know result after I try resetting it again.

Thank you that is a weird bug with Cloudflare. I set it 1.1 and then back to 1,2 and qualsys is showing 1.2 as enabled now.

Hold on sorry spoke too soon — the issue is fixed but the hosting company had ssl tls 1.2 disabled it and re-enabled it while I was switching the setting in Cloudflare. So it was an nginx setting that was changed which fixed the issue.
