CF JS Minify is breaking my proprietary site, but other open scripts too like

The team won’t be able to do anything if you don’t say how it’s breaking the files.

Good JS files go in to the cache, but files come out that cannot be parsed by the browser.
Can you provide a specific example and input that gets mangled or broken by the minimiser? A clear and concise way to replicate this with an example script will be needed for any resolution.
