I am hosting my Minecraft Server at home and want good DDOS Protection for it.
I saw that Cloudflare offers 5 GB for 20 $ a month. Are these 5 GB much? And how does this exactly work? How many attacks can I survive with 5 GB? And do I get another 5 GB after a month?

No, no, no. Don’t use Spectrum for Minecraft on the Pro plan; you will run out of bandwidth very quickly and it will will cost a LOT of money (Minecraft uses a lot of bandwidth).
Your best bet is using a Cloudflare Partner with access to CF spectrum or relying on a hosting with built-in DDoS protection.
