Hello! I have a Cloudflare tunnel set up to my PC, however I also have Access set up so that when people visit a website on my PC, they have to get a code via email. Is there any way I can make an exception for access through Minecraft, or possibly have them authenticate some other way? And if I can’t have them authenticate a different way, but can still make an exception for Minecraft, how much of a security vulnerability would this be?

The only way to use minecraft with Cloudflare tunnels is by having users also having cloudflared installed locally. You would be able to setup email auth for that with cloudflared.
