What is the issue you’re encountering

Migrated Email from cloudflare to Domain.com and now my email is not working since the mx record needs to be updated to mx.domain.com. My problem is that I don’t know the account with cloudflare since it was done through a third party that I don’t have the contact information for.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Contacted domain.com but they stated they can’t make the changes from their side because they will have to change the registrar and that will disable the website.

If you’d not be able to find a contact and get into contact with person holder, since if you’re also not added as a member with some access rights under the particular CF account, I am afraid if you can manage the domain at domain registrar you’d have to setup Cloudflare for your domain over again with your own CF account starting by changing domain nameservers.
