Migrated domain to business account, but cannot put pages project live again

What is the isssue or error you’re encountering

I wanted to move a pages project that had a custom domain to a new account, but it wont let me add custom domain stating that DNS transfer has not been completed (it has and is active in my account)

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

tried adding custom cname manually.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

remove custom domain from old account
delete pages project in old account
migrate domain to new cloudflare account.
add pages project to new cloudflare account

Solved by removing the domain completely (using “delete from cloudflare”) from the old account where the status was set to “Moving”.
