One of our user lost MFA access. We tried to recover however it is asking us to wait 3-4 days which is not possible as we needs his access to work at the earliest. Affected ID: redacted from the account name : account: Apps (ffp,fpp).
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Resetted the MFA & it is asking to wait for 3 days which is not possible as we have a priority work impacted
