MFA failed to set up on account creation

We tried to set up a new Cloudflare account but the user said the Cloudflare MFA creation page never loaded. But Cloudflare thinks we have MFA enabled, so we can’t log in.

We tried the automated MFA reset procedure but Cloudflare was unable to verify the device we used so we were told to ‘contact support’.

While we have not provisioned a paid Cloudflare account for this domain yet, this is under our Cloudflare Partner program.

What are next steps to recover access, including deleting the account so it can be re-created?
