MESSAGES BLOCKED - Cannot send emails

My website provider suggested I use Cloudflare but I have had problems after the authentication deadline on 1/31/24. I was proactive and made the request to my website provider but now I receive comments that my emails are going into SPAM and now I am getting MESSAGES BLOCKED. I need access to my email!!
Please help! This needs to be corrected today!

Make sure any of your DNS records related to email (such as mail, smtp, imap, pop3, etc) are set to “DNS only” and not “proxied”.

If you give the domain name people can look and advise.
