Member added but can't see my domains

What is the issue you’re encountering

I have added a member to my account, but they can’t switch to my team account and view my domains

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have revoked and re-added the member.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Add member with permission scope: Domain Administrator, and grant access to 2 domains.

Observe that when member logs in, they can only view “member@email’s Cloudflare account” and not “Team Account”

Have them select the second box on the screen after they login, there they will see the 2 websites you’ve given them access to

That worked! Does the system take a while to update? When we logged in there was no other option to switch.

I suspect the update is immediate but cache was working against us. Glad to hear it’s working OK, let us know if anything comes up.
