Media wont play for users from spain

we are using Cloudflare media stream but for some reason users from spain cannot play our videos

here is what some of them see on their end

some of those we reported the issue is coming from this location and maybe isp

anyone who has an idea what could be the cause of the issue please help.

Hi,
for a few days the same problem

We can’t see videos fromSpain.
If I conect by a VPN (NordVPN) fro Spain… or just I choose any country …
no problem

But it is so frustrating and give us a lot of problems our websites borken the videos…
