The mentioned site is not affiliated to Cloudflare in any way or if you’re using their services from the specified domain-service provider, you got to contact them alone. CF won’t be of help in this regard.
As per my knowledge, plans are zone specific, which you apply it for the particular added domain unless it’s an Enterprise plan. In your case, both are different domains. I suggest you to take a look at the following on how to proceed:
