Masked DNS Records

I am using Cloudflare to adjust the DNS records and nameserves of my website hosted on Mailerlite sites. Mailerlite provide me with values to input as A and CNAME records. I put these into Cloudflare. I am getting an invalid SSL certificate code when trying to load my website. When I check the DNS records using Mailerlites tool in order to add an SSL, it gets an error that the value for the A record is something other than what I have input into Cloudflare. I know that Cloudflare masks the DNS record. But, how do I get an outside party like Mailerlite to be able to access and confirm my records so they can provide an SSL certificate?
