Hi everyone,

I’m running into an issue with the Blaze.ai Post to WordPress plugin, and I’m hoping someone here can help me out.

I reached out to Blaze.ai support, and they informed me that because we use Cloudflare, their user-agent is being blocked, preventing the plugin from working properly. Their recommendation was to either:

Unblock their user-agent in Cloudflare
allowlist AWS IP ranges

Here’s where I’m stuck:

I tried skipping the user-agent in Cloudflare WAF but I’m not sure if I did it correctly.
I looked into allowlisting AWS IPs, but finding an easy way to gather all the necessary ranges is proving difficult.
Has anyone dealt with a similar issue before? What’s the best way to allowlist AWS ranges in Cloudflare, or is there a better way to handle this?

Would really appreciate any guidance—truly stuck on this one.
