Forgot to update expired credit card and domain is expired. Currently it is in pending state and will be deleted Jan 25 2025.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I am experiencing issues with managing and paying for my domain. Here’s a summary of the problems I encountered:

I updated my credit card information, but the payment process doesnt trigger automatically so I need to renew manually (Suggested in the docs).
When I navigate to the “Manage Domains” section, it appears empty. I cannot locate my domain or proceed with a manual payment.
On the Billing page, there are no options or information related to this issue.
On the domain overview page, I only see instructions for updating nameservers at my registrar (Cloudflare).

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

I just want a link that I can pay for the domain.

Day 1 - 30: Grace Period (domain resolves normally).
I dont know what “domain resolves normally” means but I clearly cannot see my domain in “Manage Domains” menu.
I am on free plan, do I need to be on any paid plans to resolve this issue? I have tried sending tickets but have only received automated responses.
If upgrading to a paid plan is necessary, I am willing to do so. Please provide guidance on the next steps.

After looking into the account and zone, the email sending the support request doesn’t seem to be the owner of the zone - which is why it isn’t reflecting in your account.

Do you have any other emails that are registered with Cloudflare?
