Managing sites set up by team members

I invited a team member by clicking on manage account, then members.

The person signed up, bought a domain, and did set it up.

But now there is no way for me to see this domain anywhere or its configuration.

Weirdly the team member can switch to my account and see the domains I set up but not vice versa.

My account is as a super admin, the team member account is as an admin.

There is no option to switch in the upper left corner for me:

Any ideas how I can access sites set up by my team member?

It seems like your team member added the domains to their own account rather than yours.

You added your team member to your account, but they did not add you to their account where they added the domains. They will need to add you to their account.
