Managed WAF skip rule not applied?

Hi. Can somebody please tell me why this manage WAF skip rule is NOT skipping the set rule?

Cloudflare Managed Ruleset
Anomaly:Port - Non Standard Port (not 80 or 443)

Okay… fixed it. The skip rules should come before the execute rules!
