What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

Hi Community,

I’ve created a managed custom rule for my site palletshuttle.com using the following configuration:

Location: Security → WAF → Custom Rules

Rule Condition:

Field: URI Path

Operator: equals

Value: (specific page URL)

Action: Managed Challenge (Cloudflare CAPTCHA)

The rule is active and appears in my dashboard, but it’s not working as expected. When I visit the specified URL from different browsers, including those using proxies and incognito modes, the CAPTCHA is never triggered.

I’m on the Cloudflare Pro Plan, and I’ve already confirmed that:

The rule is enabled.

The URI path matches exactly.

There are no conflicting rules above this one.

The site is properly proxied through Cloudflare (orange cloud is active).

Caching is not affecting the behavior.

Could anyone help me figure out why this managed rule isn’t applying the CAPTCHA as intended?

Thanks in advance!

The apex domain palletshuttle.com is not proxied, only www is…
