In Cloudflare Rules, I have attempted to use “Managed Challenge” for the countries Indonesia and Tor. When I try to use VPN (from Indonesia) to view the Managed Challenge, the page is blocked. There’s no challenge to do. How do I see the Managed Challenge? I do have another Rule that Blocks all countries except for the ones I list, but I’ve included Indonesia and Tor on that list. Is there something else I need to do? Thank you.
