I’ve had problems with websites that clone mine and keep including my Google Analytics ID. I’m from Brazil, and since the website gets most traffic from my location because it’s Portuguese, I blocked foreign countries. The biggest problem is that they’re now using Cloudflare’s own DNS and I don’t know how to solve this problem.
Do you means that the attack is coming from Cloudflare IPs? Are you seeing Cloudflare IPs from your origin or on your Cloudflare dashboard?

Yes, they use Cloudflare to hide IP information. There are a lot of attacks like this happening. They clone websites, that’s why I know because of the Google tag. But, there’s no way for me to figure out where it came from because they use Cloudflare.
The form will not solve the problem, if it can create 28228 clones and use cloudflare to hide the IP. I can’t block cloudflare AS by WAF
