I don’t know what or how to do this

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I need someone to help me with changing DNS records and other issues related to moving emails from inside Cloudflare to GoDaddy. I received info from GoDaddy but don’t have the skills to do this. I have an email with specific information on what needs to be changed. But this is all over my head. I Need someone from Cloudflare to work with me via phone call or I can send them the email from GoDaddy with its instructions.
