Making a subdomain link to a external link

I created a subdomain called review and then my domain name on ionos were I bought my domain now that I have my nameservers on Cloudflare I want to add a cname with review as the name and in the target add my gmb get more reviews link how can I do this? thanks!

What you describe is not the function of a CNAME. You want a redirect.

  1. Create only a AAAA record for the name.
  2. Use 100:: as the address.
  3. Make sure the name is :orange: Proxied.
  4. Use example 4 in the following guide as the basis for your rule.
