Ezoic given some Ips Address list to be Whitelist in Cloudflare please guide me how to do
The easiest way would be to add them to the Security → Tools → IP Access Rules.

IP Access Rules accept IP one by one or an IP range.
Firewall Rules can be used with a custom List, if so.
