Mail server MX configuration

Hi All,
in the same server I have web server and mail server, I tried to add MX record but I receive this alert:

could you tell me what I have to do to use the email server on the same ip as the web server?
Now in the DNS configuration I have a lot of MX records, what are they for?

You currently have the following MX entries and if these are your mail servers, then that’s correct.

nslookup -type=mx tickiwi.com jake.ns.cloudflare.com
Server:  jake.ns.cloudflare.com
Address:  108.162.193.122

tickiwi.com     MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = eforward1.registrar-servers.com
tickiwi.com     MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = eforward2.registrar-servers.com
tickiwi.com     MX preference = 10, mail exchanger = eforward3.registrar-servers.com
tickiwi.com     MX preference = 15, mail exchanger = eforward4.registrar-servers.com
tickiwi.com     MX preference = 20, mail exchanger = eforward5.registrar-servers.com

You don’t need an MX entry for mail but you seem to have deleted that already anyhow.
