Maybe someone can shed some light on this topic for me?

We have received an email reply with the following details:
Some of the certificates you have uploaded to SourceDogg are in need of updating. A complete list of your previously uploaded certificates is available here: Panther Print & Design Ltd Certificates

The above Buyers are notified when these certificates expire.

I’m not sure where to deal with this problem. I’ve tried at our host, but of course they tell me that it’s being handled by CloudFlare.

Can someone point me in the right direction for this? Our domain is www.pantherprint.co.uk

Which certificates did you already upload to them? Those should provide some hint. And why do they need you to upload certificates to them?
