Your MX record points to a mail hostname, which I don’t see in your DNS records.

What I /do/ see is a proxied wildcard (*) record, which is going to break any mail that uses a hostname that’s using that wildcard record to resolve.

Try adding an “A” record specifically for mail, and see if that fixes the issue.
