What is the issue you’re encountering

After a week emails to [email protected] are not being delivered.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

  1. Updated the mx records, 2) updated The SPF and DKIM 3) Trying to update A record But there are multiple around 6 type A. Which one(s) need to be edited to IP address?

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

send an email to [email protected] wait and receive error msg.

  1. How exactly are you sending messages when this happens?
  1. As instructed here, have you tried enabling SMTP authentication in your email client, and if so, … how exactly did you try this?

I am sending an email with the subject test or I request a customer to send a test email to email address [email protected] and in all cases it is returned with as not delivered.

I have just tried that some minutes ago, and it succeeded from my end (e.g. the message was delivered successfully to the recipient’s MX record):

Aug 3 09:31:26 mail postfix/smtp[2351431]: 062B815805ED: to=<[email protected]>, relay=mail.thecriticalthinkingchild.com[67.20.96.194]:25, delay=19, delays=0.02/0.02/10/8.5, dsn=2.0.0, status=sent (250 OK id=1sa9Ec-000mv6-0z)

I do however notice that the IP address for mail.thecriticalthinkingchild.com has changed since last night, from 74.220.207.136 (apparently HostMonster) to 67.20.96.194 (apparently Unified Layer).

Figuring out the correct IP address(es) to use, is not something Cloudflare (or the Cloudflare Community) can help you with.

That is always a thing you must figure out together with your hosting provider(s).

Thank you! Finally it works.
