Mail problems Apple support was no help at all

Hello everyone,

I’ve been facing some frustrating email issues lately and could really use some advice. Here’s the situation:

I haven’t been receiving any emails lately, so I decided to reach out to Apple Support for assistance. After trying to troubleshoot the problem with them and reconfiguring my DNS settings not just once, but twice, I’m still not receiving any emails.

In an attempt to resolve the issue, I even tried using Cloudflare’s mail rerouting feature, but unfortunately, that didn’t seem to help either. Apple Support has suggested either waiting it out or getting in touch with Cloudflare directly.

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue? Any suggestions on what steps I could take next to get my email working again would be greatly appreciated.


you probably don’t want to use Email Routing. If you do, disable it.

Are you using iCloud+ as your email service? What is your domain?
