Mail Outgoing not working after switching to Cloudflare

Have already added A record with mail directing it to IP address and have also added mx record with mail.domain.com. But still mail is not working properly. Incoming is working fine but having issues in sending a mail.

Is this via webmail from your host, or a third party provider? If it’s a service connecting to the server to send mail, what hostname is it connecting to? What error do you get?

I’m using Microsoft Mail App. While using webmail it is working fine. But while using Microsoft Mail, it isn’t working.

it is connected to mail.webcreatify.com

Since that is not proxied through Cloudflare, if that is where it is connecting to and getting the error, it can’t be a Cloudflare issue.
