Mail not working

What is the name of the domain?

What is the issue you’re encountering

Can not setup and use mail with my domain. Is it possible to create e-mails and use them with Gmail acc ?

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have bought web hosting with cPanel and e-mail management where I have created few e-mail accounts which can’t use because I don’t have any instructions and don’t know where to make changes - on my hosting mail management & Zone records editor or on Cloudflare DNS records? Thanks in advance.

So you purchased hosting + email. You cannot use it… because you don’t have instructions. Have you reached out to whomever you purchased the service from for help?

Do the following (in Cloudflare DNS) to get your cPanel email working:

  1. Set the A record for mail.wcpartners.org to DNS Only(:grey:).
  2. Set the MX record to mail.wcpartners.org

That should direct incoming emails to your cPanel server.

To ensure proper delivery of emails you send out and prevent spoofing, add SPF, DKIM and DMARC records. Retrieve the SPF and DKIM records from your cPanel DNS, and add them to your Cloudflare DNS. And enable Cloudflare’s DMARC Management tool to add a DMARC policy (Cloudflare will add the necessary DNS record automatically).

You need to create those email accounts in cPanel. Cloudflare has nothing to do with this.

And to access your email via cPanel webmail, go here: https://wcpartners.org/webmail

You can use Gmail to retrive individual cPanel email account’s messages into your Gmail account. Use mail.wcpartners.org as the mail server. Cloudflare has nothing to do with this.

Sending is another story. There are all sorts of tricks and hacks and kludges out there, but, simply put, you can’t. Again, Cloudflare has nothing to do with this.

If you want to use Gmail trouble-free, pay for Google Workspace: https://workspace.google.com/
