Mail issues when using forwarding

Hi

Recently my hosting provider changed ports from 25 to 587 and have stopped all traffic on port 25, since this change forwarded emails are no longer being received and the error says the following :

If you do so, please include this problem report. You can delete your own text from the attached returned message.

The mail system

<[email protected]>: connect to mail.domainname[104.27.165.36]:25:

Connection timed out

i have obscured the domain name but the system looks like it is trying to conent to 25, is there a way of changing this to 587?

You need to unproxy your mail record (:orange: to :grey:) as Cloudflare does not handle mails.

Thanks for the reply, the mail is showing as dns only not showing as proxied

Well, the output you posted shows a Cloudflare address. So either it is proxied or you entered the wrong IP address. Whatever it is you need to fix that.
