Cloudflare does not offer an outbound email sending service. You will need to obtain and configure SMTP service for the provider of your choosing.

Do you still have your account with your previous SMTP service?
If you already have existing email service, did it not have mailbox service, too? If you have access to a domain email mailbox with a provider, that is almost always a better choice than Cloudflare Email Routing.
