cannot send nor receive email

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Email is hosted on Mochahost cpanel. We have spent about 8 collective hours making changes to dns. No solution yet.

just try to send/receive mail from [email protected]

Cloudflare being the registrar is not the issue, but you are using Cloudflare’s mail forwarding service. You probably don’t want that if you are using your host’s email service.

deleted a couple of txt records, per CF recommendation. care@… can send but not receive…

any suggestions?

Contact your mail provider and clarify what DNS entries you need and configure this on Cloudflare. And make sure that any mail related entries are not proxied →
