Mac doesn't accept Unicast DHCP with WARP on

When connecting to my college eduroam wifi using EAP-TLS I successfully connect but I have issues communicating with DHCP server. I looked at packets with Wireshark and I send broadcast discover and receive a unicast offer. And thats where it stops until I turn warp off and then the DORA process completes. There seems to be something to do with WARP thats preventing me from completing the DORA process. Any help is much appreciated.

I was able to fix this issue by adding the DHCP server IP to the split tunnel.
