Every time I update an M3U8 file on my server, it doesn’t refresh unless I hit SHIFT + F5 or wait a long time. That is, it reads the old file.
Do m3u8 files go through Cloudflare’s cache?
Any way to make it refresh every time it is opened? (or that it does not go through the Cloudflare cache)

No, that file extension is not cached by default.
Check if you have any page rule set up and exclude these files if necessary.
