LTE connection - high packet loss

Hi,

I’ve got LTE modem here (Huawei B310) and I’m experiencing lot of packet losses when I’m trying to pull images from production.cloudflare.docker.com hosts. Loss rate fluctuates between 10 - 50%.

I’ve got 0% packet loss with other services like Google, AWS, … The only problem is CloudFlare. I’m located in the Czech Republic and I’m routed to Poland …

There’s something bad going on between 194.212.194.26 (T-Mobile) & 212.91.0.28 (cloudflare.thinx.pl).

When I test other Poland servers, they do work.

Any idea what I can try or how to precisely analyse where the problem is? I’m not a networking guy, but have some knowledge. Clearly this problem is out of my expertise.

Thanks!

Probably congestion but we cannot do more than guess.

Seems, still not sure, it’s a T-Mobile issue. Got a response from atman.pl (CloudFlare data centrum in Poland) that they don’t have any networking issues. They tried ping/traceroute other way around and there’s no packet data loss in this direction. Weird.
