Low latency using Metatrader and Cloudflare

I need some help from Cloudflare experts.

I use a trading platform called Metatrader at home (Germany / Europe). However the broker server is in Tokyo / Japan.

By now I am getting 230 ms latency between my PC at home and the broker server in Japan.

  1. What do you suggest to obtain a lower latency on MT4 ?

  2. What changes do I have to do in my Cloudflare web console and / or in my PC to obtain a lower latency ?
