I am unable to access my Cloudflare account due to two-factor authentication (2FA) issues. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my 2FA method and cannot log in to update my DNS settings. My domains, are currently not connected on Hostinger, and I need to update the DNS records via Cloudflare to restore functionality. Since I cannot log in, I kindly request assistance in either: Disabling 2FA temporarily so I can regain access. Providing an alternative way to verify my ownership and update the DNS settings. I can provide any necessary verification details, including domain ownership proof and past account-related information. Please let me know how we can proceed to resolve this as soon as possible.
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
ticket number 01450676. i have replied to the mail but no one responding. i cant able to renew my doamin aswell as one got expired.
When you enabled 2FA you would have been given a list of recovery codes. You should first try to use one of those to access your account.
If you do not have backup codes then login with your username and password. When you reach the screen to input your 2FA code, click ‘Can’t access your 2FA device or backup codes’.
This will then walk you through the process to recover access to your account. You will need to verify your email and verify a device you have used previously to login. It will then take 3-5 days for Cloudflare to review your request.
The only way you’ll be able to regain access is by having access to the email address of the account.
