What is the issue you’re encountering

I changed phones and am locked out of my 2FA. I have taken the steps sent by cloudflare to recover my account, but have not received any replies for a week.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have backup codes saved in a .txt file but all of them return an error. I contacted cloudflare and they gave me 2 options for deleting and resetting 2FA, and told me to contact them again when I was done. I followed the instructions and added a HTML meta code to the header of my domain homepage. However, since notifying cloudflare that I had done this, I have not gotten a response. After several days I started a new ticket, but still no reply. I have a paid account but cannot use the chat or support feature since I can’t log in (I created a free account to log in and make this post).

Can someone please help me escalate this? I need access to my account ASAP.
