Hi, I lost my smartphone, and I lost the Google authentication application, I do not have a backup code to restore it. How can I exclude 2FA or restore the backup code and reset access to my account? Thanks

Backup codes are shown only once and can not be recovered. Send an email from the same address you used for your Cloudflare account to supportatCloudflare.com

I had this exact same situation. After I got access to my Cloudflare account again [by contacting support, as @MarkMeyer suggested] I switched from using Google Authenticator to Authy.

Authy lets you backup those codes to their servers. It gets encrypted with a password you specify so, as long as your CELL NUMBER doesn’t change, you can get a new phone and get your codes back.
