Lost Google Authentication 2FA backup codes

Hello,

I have lost backup codes for 2FA authentication app. I still have the app working on my phone. Need to change device with a new one and I can’t figure out how to do it.

Please advise.

Easiest might be to temporarily disable 2FA and enable it again with your new device.

HI Martin2,

I have multiple users with 2FA enabled, does this mean they should disable 2FA first? I already tried disabling/enabling 2FA, but it didnt give me an option to use a new device.
