I have a serious problem I don’t know how to solve it.
I’ve lost my Cloudflare password and I am not able to recover it since the CDN is wrongly configured, so I do not receive any email. Consider that for opening this ticket I had to use a different email
open a support ticket via the official support channel https://support.cloudflare.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
Another option is to temporarily move your DNS to another provider (such as your registrar) to receive the reset email.
In the future, it is recommended to use a personal email account for logging into CF in case of MX issues.
