I cannot log into my existing account where the domains are registered. I did not get any warning messages or anything.
When trying to log into my account I’m getting “Email address/password do not match.”
If I click “forgot password” - I am not receiving a code on my gmail account.
When clicking “forgot email” I am seeing the following:

Can you reply via email to the ticket and on the email please cc the other account that you mentioned that you cannot access? The Support team will need to assist you and route your ticket to the correct team, we cannot see the details here on the Community.
