We no longer have access to the authenticator app and lost our backup codes. The support article about this says to submit a ticket but there’s no way to submit a ticket that isn’t domain-specific.
If you have access to the web portal, just choose a random domain (if you have a pro/business domain, that one for faster support) and explain the issue in the description.
If you don’t, you can email [email protected]. If you still have access to the email on the account, use that one to email them.
After submitting, If you receive an automated reply, reply to the ticket/email and a human should get to you.
