Lost access to my email address and Cloudflare 2FA

What is the issue you’re encountering

I accidentally lost my iCloud account permanently. Unfortunately my iCloud email was used to register my Cloudflare account and I also stored Cloudflare 2FA (Passkey) in the iCloud’s “Passwords” app. However I still remember my Cloudflare password but I cannot apply for the Cloudflare Recovery process to disable my old 2FA due to the loss of my email address. So when they send a code to my email to verify, I cannot access the email. What I still have now is Cloudflare password, All of transactions when I purchased domains on Cloudflare, my ID Card with the same information as filled in Billing address and my credit card used to purchase domains on Cloudflare. Are there any ways to prove I’m the owner of the account to help disable my old 2FA? I cannot afford to lose all of my domains there. I cannot login to submit a ticket so I have to post a question here first. Thank you so much in advance.
