(Not applicable, since it’s an account access issue.)
What is the error message?
“Cannot locate dashboard account.”
What is the issue you’re encountering
I have lost access to the email address associated with my Cloudflare account and do not remember the email used when registering. I still have control over multiple domains active on Cloudflare, including yellowajans.com, zaferdinler.com, and mezarlikbakimi.com. I need help regaining access to my account or migrating these domains to a new account.
What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
Tried using the “Forgot Email” tool on Cloudflare but couldn’t recover my email.
Attempted to access Cloudflare account via different email addresses but couldn’t succeed.
Verified domain ownership through DNS records and email addresses associated with the domains.
I am unable to access my old Cloudflare account because I do not remember which email address was used to register it. I’ve tried the “Forgot Email” option, but it sends a verification link to the unknown email address – which defeats the purpose, as I’m trying to identify which email was used.
The account contains a total of 10 domains, including the following currently active and live ones:
yellowajans(.)com
zaferdinler(.)com
mezarlikbakimi(.)com
I still have full control over these domains through my domain registrar, and I can verify ownership in multiple ways. For example, I can:
Send you a verification email from a domain-based email (e.g., admin@yellowajans(.)com),
Remove Cloudflare nameservers and reconfigure them on my new Cloudflare account.
If it’s not possible to regain access to my old account due to the lost email, I kindly request that you remove these domains from the old account so I can add them to a new Cloudflare account that I control.
I want to continue using Cloudflare for these domains and appreciate any help you can provide.
You can do that by changing the Nameservers at the registrar.
If you don’t know the email the best option is to add the domains to the account you are using here and change the name servers to the two for this account.
You can try to contact support via a case, I suspect they will reply they can only work with the person that controls the email for your security.
