I have lost acces to dashboard for my "real"accont, becauce a person forgot to give the acces before leaving.
I dont even know what mail he used. Any ideas?

The easiest solution would be to reach out to the person and ask them for the account credentials.
This makes it particularly difficult. You can use the forgot email feature to send a notification to the account email. However, this is only really useful if you have multiple email addresses and forgot which one was used.
If you don’t know which email address was used or lost access to it, then I’m afraid you’re out of luck and will have to create a new account.
