I lost 2FA capability and can’t access my account anymore

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I use free tier Cloudflare service to manage DNS records of my private domain which I use for email and routing. My authenticator app lost data after an update, without a chance for recovery. I also didn’t store 2FA recovery codes, unfortunately. I have reached out to the Cloudflare support a month ago, with a few follow up emails in between, but never received any response. The automated reply to my initial ticket opening listed 2 tasks required to proceed, both of which required me to make changes to the website (landing page only) which is hosted with Cloudflare and to which I don’t have access. I communicated that in my reply to the ticket, but, as said, never received any response. I read online posts and community guidelines and everything points towards needing to create a new account and associate my domain with it. I am willing to do that as a last resort but would like to avoid having to recreate DNS records anew, if possible. Is there any other way to recover access to my dashboard?

I have the same situation and did you get an change to recover your account or remove the 2FA my situation is critical and looking for urgent support.

No, unfortunately I haven’t found any solution so far and am exploring my options to move DNS hosting to another company.
