Lost 2fa + backup codes

I don’t have access to 2fa codes as this was set up by previous admins at our company who no longer work here. I submitted a support ticket to [email protected] ticket number [#2329254] any help is appreciated, thanks!

Have you opened that ticket from the email on the account you can’t access? If not, you will most likely need to reply from that address.
