I created a new Cloudflare account to post to because I couldn’t access my account without 2FA

Hi,
I had 2FA (two-factor authentication) enabled on my Cloudflare account, but I have lost access to both the authentication codes and the backup codes. I also formatted the device that had the 2FA app, so I can no longer log into my account. My account contains important websites and settings. Please guide me on how I can recover access or get support.
